The Banad Law Offices, P.C is a full service law firm focusing primarily on legal matters involving Immigration and Nationality Law with an emphasis on Family-Based Immigration, Removal/Deportation Proceedings, Non-Immigrant Visas and Consular Processing. In addition, we do represent employers and other entities in sponsoring aliens to come to the United States to perform some duty.

Our firm constantly handles complex immigrations matters that we have gotten involved with after a negative decision has been made requiring Appeals, Motions to Reopen/Reconsider, Petitions for Review, Mandamus Actions in Federal Court, Waivers of Inadmissibility, Humanitarian Requests for Relief as well as other means of relief that require diligent advocacy on behalf of the client.

Dev Banad Viswanath, our principal, has spent hours and hours advocating on behalf of clients and negotiating with various government entities such as US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), US Immigration Customs and Enforcement (USICE), US Customs & Border Patrol (USCBP) and the U.S. Embassies and Consulates from all over the world. Additionally, Dev has often advocated on behalf of clients to foreign government consular posts located in the United States as well as some state and local authorities.

Keeping in mind that many individuals may have handled their own immigration case for whatever reason, our firm will also, depending on the circumstances of the case, accompany clients and provide guidance for clients on INFOPASS appointments, Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Consular Appointments, Adjustment of Status Interviews, Bona Fide Marriage (Stokes) Interviews, and Naturalization Interviews.

Given that each case will be different and thus, will require a thorough review of the facts in the case, we stand by our decision that a consultation is necessary before any case is handled by our firm. We invite you to schedule a consultation by phone, though email, or through this website under Client Login. However, if you would simply like some general information on Immigration & Nationality Law please feel free to browse through this site.

We look forward to serving all your Immigration & Nationality needs.
