“After several months of uncertainty, because of the exorbitant amount of H1B applications filed in FY 2024 H1B Cap for both Standard and Master’s Cap Cases, USCIS has just announced that 2nd round picks will occur. Employers and Applicants should be on Notice that in the next few weeks emails for selection will take place. The 2nd round picks will be for both standard cap and master’s cap.
This may very well be the last opportunity at H1B selections for this year.”
